Context
At Lloyds Banking Group scale, AI delivery must be governed and reusable—not a collection of one-off demos—without bypassing accessibility, engineering standards or human accountability.
My role
I set technical direction and lead delivery across AI workflow design, MCP server capabilities, reusable patterns, evaluation and governance.
Approach
- Turn recurring design and engineering needs into reusable offerings rather than one-off demonstrations.
- Design MCP servers, shared schemas and workflow contracts that preserve approved design intent across tools.
- Build evaluation and human review into each offering before wider adoption.
Outcomes
- Led the technical direction and delivery of design-to-code workflows, MCP servers and reusable AI offerings.
- Established reusable implementation patterns and evaluation foundations for broader adoption.
- Connected design intent, engineering evidence and human review in governed delivery paths.
