Context
Four SaaS products needed a consistent, accessible implementation model that design and engineering teams could evolve together.
My role
I led the frontend library and helped connect component behaviour, design tokens, documentation, analytics and monorepo delivery.
Approach
- Build interaction foundations with React Aria and accessibility requirements in the component contract.
- Connect Figma, tokens and implementation so product teams work from the same decisions.
- Instrument adoption and migrate key projects into Nx to make delivery visible and repeatable.
Outcomes
- Supported four SaaS applications with one consistent design approach.
- Helped triple feature deployment speed through key Nx migrations.
- Instrumented adoption with GTM, GA and Looker analytics.
